WABizHub ("the Service") is a WhatsApp marketing and customer messaging platform operated by Riddhess Infotech & Agro Pvt. Ltd. (riddhessinfotech.com) ("we", "us"), India. This policy explains what data we collect when you use https://wabizhub.riddhessinfotech.com and how we use, store and delete it.

1. Who this applies to

  • Account users: businesses and their team members who sign up and use the dashboard.
  • End customers: people whose phone numbers our account users upload, message or receive messages from through WhatsApp.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored as a hash), workspace name, role, login and activity logs, IP address.
  • WhatsApp Business data: your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display phone number, quality rating, message templates, and the Meta access token you provide or grant through Embedded Signup. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest.
  • Customer data uploaded by you: contact names, phone numbers, tags and custom attributes that you import or create.
  • Message data: the content, status (sent, delivered, read, failed) and timestamps of WhatsApp messages sent and received through your connected number, including media files, chatbot flow answers and form submissions.
  • Billing data: wallet transactions, recharge requests and payment references. Card, UPI and bank details are processed by our payment provider (Razorpay) and are never stored by us.
  • Technical data: browser type, device, cookies needed to keep you logged in, and error logs.

3. How we use the data

  • To provide the Service: send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), manage templates, campaigns, chatbot flows and the team inbox.
  • To bill you for messages and subscriptions, and to show delivery and campaign analytics.
  • To send you service emails (invites, verification, password reset, low-balance and campaign notifications).
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse and comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable law.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your customers' data for our own marketing, and we do not use message content to train advertising or AI models.

4. Meta / WhatsApp

The Service is built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. When you connect a number, data such as messages, delivery statuses and template statuses flows between Meta and our servers through Meta's APIs and webhooks. Meta processes this data under the WhatsApp Business Terms and the Meta Privacy Policy. Our use of data received from Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the Service: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), our hosting provider (servers located in India), our email delivery provider, and Razorpay for payments. Each processor is bound by its own privacy terms. We may disclose data when required by law.

6. Storage, security and retention

  • Data is stored on servers in India. Access tokens and API keys are encrypted or hashed; all connections use HTTPS.
  • Account and customer data is kept as long as your workspace is active.
  • Message content and media are kept for up to 12 months for inbox history unless you delete them earlier.
  • When a workspace is deleted, its contacts, messages, templates and tokens are permanently removed within 30 days; billing records are kept as required by Indian tax law.

7. Your rights

You can view, export (Contacts → Export) and delete your data from the dashboard, or ask us to do it. End customers can stop receiving messages by replying STOP, which marks them as opted out. To request access, correction or deletion, see our Data deletion instructions or email support@riddhessinfotech.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (login session and admin session). No third-party advertising cookies are set.

9. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed to persons under 18.

10. Changes and contact
